3. Acceptance of Terms

8. Fees and Payments

• Fees are displayed on the Platform.
• Payments must be made in advance.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

• Rescheduling or cancellations must follow Platform timelines.
• Refunds are subject to Kindled’s discretion.
• No refunds for missed or late-cancelled sessions.
• Refunds may apply for therapist or platform issues.

10. User Conduct

• Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
• Respect professionals and other users.
• Avoid false, offensive, or defamatory content.

11. Prohibited Activities
